Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NEESCA, every product is crafted and handled with the highest standards of quality and hygiene. To maintain this integrity, we request you to review our policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Products that are used, untagged, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • As opened or untagged products cannot be resold, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been sold or delivered.
  • Any return or exchange request must be raised within 3–4 days of delivery.
  • All requests are subject to quality inspection and approval by NEESCA.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • In the rare event that you receive a product in a damaged condition (breakage, leakage, or manufacturing defect), you may request a replacement, exchange, or refund.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video.
  • Upon approval, the replacement or refund will be initiated within 4–5 business days from the date the returned product is received.
  • Replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused due to improper use, negligence, incorrect application, or mishandling is not covered.
  • NEESCA reserves the right to verify product condition and usage before approving any request.

Refunds

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 4–5 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment or within 24 hours of placement, whichever occurs first.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days.
